We are located at 39 Krishna Mohan Mitra Lane over in Salkia, Howrah. It’s a narrow street, so it can be a bit tricky to find a parking spot if you’re driving. Bharti Airtel Services Ltd. operates out of this building, and it’s usually quite a hive of activity. There are always people coming and going, either staff heading out to fix something or people dropping by with questions. It’s an old part of town, so the buildings have a lot of character, including ours. We have a few different rooms where we handle various parts of the service work. It’s not the quietest office you’ll ever visit. There's usually someone talking on a radio or a phone. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. The fans are always humming to keep the heat away. We have a small area where we keep our tools and spare parts organized. It’s not always perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is when we need it. Some of the guys have been working in Salkia for decades. We know the local streets like the back of our hands. It’s a busy life, and there’s always something that needs fixing or checking. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the pile of work. It's a straightforward place with no frills. Everyone here just wants to get the repairs done and keep people connected without much hassle.
