We’ve been here at 55/4 Canning Street for quite some time now. If you know this part of the city, you know how packed it gets with people and carts moving everywhere. It’s noisy and there’s always something happening right outside the door. We run the agency from here, dealing with various supplies and general items that people need. Most of the day is just spent talking to folks who come in, checking the stock we have in the back, and making sure the orders are ready for whoever is picking them up. It’s not a fancy setup by any means. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the current ones have been there so long they kind of feel like part of the furniture. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people find us because they’ve been coming here for years or someone told them where the shop is located on this street. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially when the fans are just moving the warm air around, but we get through the work. Dealing with the paperwork takes up a lot of time too. Sometimes the ledger gets a bit messy when things are moving fast, but we always figure it out by the end of the day. It’s just a regular business day for us here, nothing too complicated or special, just keeping things moving.
