Bergamot Conbuild Llp is based in Todi Mansion at P-15, India Exchange Place Extension. This part of Kolkata is always bustling with business and people rushing around. Our office is right in the middle of all that action in the 700073 area. It’s an old building with a lot of character, and we’ve made our space here comfortable enough for a full day's work. We do a lot of construction and building-related tasks. Most of the time, our desks are covered in documents and coffee cups. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know how to find what we need. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people and get the work done. The lifts in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often take the stairs. It keeps us active. There’s a lot of history in this part of the city, and being in Todi Mansion feels like being part of that. We spend our hours talking to contractors and checking on materials. It’s hard work, and the heat in Kolkata doesn't make it any easier. But we’ve got our routine. We aren't looking to be famous, just to keep the business running and the projects moving. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We just show up and do our best with what we have.
