Bengani Group

We are based in Everest House, which is a well-known building at 46/c Chowringhee Road. Our office is up on the 12th floor, flat No. 12b. Being in Kolkata, especially on Chowringhee Road, means it’s always lively outside. The view from the 12th floor is okay, though you mostly just see the tops of other buildings and a lot of smog. Bengani Group has been operating out of this space for quite some time. It’s a bit of an older building, so the elevators can be slow during the lunch rush. Inside, it’s just a normal office. We’ve got desks, some filing cabinets that are overflowing, and a lot of phones ringing. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us working through our daily tasks. We deal with a lot of different things, and it can get a bit chaotic on Mondays. We don't use any of those big corporate slogans. We just talk to each other like normal people. If there’s a problem, we sit down and talk it through until it’s sorted out. It’s a practical environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or modern art. We’re just here to do our jobs and then go home to our families. Chowringhee Road is a landmark in itself, so people never have a hard time finding where we are located. It’s a busy life, but it’s ours.
