Bengal Shelter Housing Development Ltd

We are located at 17/2, Brojen Mukherjee Road in the Behala section of Kolkata. Housing is what we do here. The office is usually full of maps, site plans, and people coming in to talk about where they want to live. Behala is a crowded area, and the roads can be a real headache, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. We deal with the building process from the ground up. It’s a lot of coordination between the architects, the laborers, and the people buying the flats. We aren't into anything too fancy or polished. The office feels like a workspace because that’s exactly what it is. We spend our time checking on construction progress and making sure the legal papers are all in order. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes there are delays with the materials or the weather. We just deal with it as it comes. Kolkata 700034 is our base. Most of our staff lives close by, so we know the local problems and the local people. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just focus on getting the roofs over people's heads. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience. We've been at this for a while now on Brojen Mukherjee Road and we plan to stay here for more years to come.
