We spend most of our days up here on the 7th floor on Camac Street. It's a busy part of Kolkata, as anyone who works around here knows. Bengal Happy Land & Builders Llp has been around for a bit now, just focusing on the work we have in front of us. Some days are quieter than others, but there's always something to do with the projects we’ve got going. We aren't a massive corporate office with fancy lobbies or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and meetings needed to get things built. If you walk past the building at 21 Camac Street, you might not even notice our sign, but we are up there. We deal with land and building stuff, which is usually more complicated than people think. There is a lot of back and forth with different people, and sometimes things take longer than we want. That’s just how this industry works in the city. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. It’s mostly about making sure the details are right and the site work is moving along. The traffic downstairs can be a headache, but the view from the window is alright. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and just keep showing up every morning to get the job done.
