Our office is at 10A, Aurobinda Road, right on Santoshpur Avenue in the Jadavpur area. Kolkata 75 is a lively place to be. We work on housing developments, mostly around this part of the city. People come to us when they are looking for a new place to live or when they want to know about upcoming projects. The office isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our planning and talk to the people who are interested in our buildings. We spend a lot of time looking at site maps and talking to the guys on the construction teams. Jadavpur has a lot of history, and we see the neighborhood changing as new houses go up. It’s a lot of work to keep everything on track. We deal with the local authorities and handle all the small details that people don't usually see. Sometimes we're out at a site getting our shoes dirty, and other times we're here answering questions from neighbors. It’s a practical business. We aren't big on talking about ourselves much. We just want to get the work done so people can move in. The traffic on Santoshpur Avenue can be a bit much in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a good place to work and there's always something to do. We just keep moving forward with the projects we have.
