We are located on the first floor of No. 80 Bentinck Street, right in the Lalbazar area. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history in the walls. Our office reflects that. It’s not a modern glass box. It's a place where we sit down and figure out development projects. We deal with a lot of the practical sides of building and property management. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street below, but we like being in the middle of everything. It makes it easier for people to find us. We aren't the type to use big words or make fancy promises. We just look at what needs to be built or fixed and we get to it. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and it takes us a minute to find a specific file, but we get there in the end. Dealing with property in an old area like this has its challenges. You never know what you'll find behind a wall or under a floor. We've learned to be patient with the process. If you’re coming to see us, just head up the stairs to the first floor. We’re usually around unless we’re out at a site. It’s a quiet enough team, just doing our bit in the city day by day without much fuss or noise.
