You can find us at 83 Topsia Road. It’s an area that’s always got something going on. We work on real estate projects, mostly focusing on how people live and work in this part of town. The office is pretty basic. We spend a lot of our day looking at floor plans or talking to contractors about timelines. It’s not always easy work, and there are plenty of days where things don't go exactly to plan. That’s just the nature of building things. We aren't interested in sounding like a huge corporation even though we have Ltd in our name. We’re just local people who know these streets and the buildings on them. When you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us huddled over a table or drinking tea while we wait for a delivery. We’ve been around the Topsia area for a bit and have seen how the neighborhood has grown. We try to be honest about what’s possible and what isn’t when someone asks about a property. No tall tales here. We just show up, do the work, and go home. The traffic on Topsia Road can be a bit of a mess in the evenings, so we usually try to get our site visits done early. It’s a simple operation, really, and we like it that way. No big surprises or fancy words from us when you walk through the door.
