Beltbuild Highrise LLP is based right in the heart of Kolkata at 49, Madan Mohan Burman St. It’s a busy part of the city, as anyone who lives here knows. Being in West Bengal-700007 means we are surrounded by a lot of older buildings and constant activity. We focus on construction projects, mostly high-rise stuff as the name suggests. The office is where we coordinate everything from labor to materials. It gets pretty loud outside with the street noise, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been operating from this Kolkata address for a while. Construction in a city like this is always a challenge because of the space and the regulations. We just try to navigate it as best as we can. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just long hours and a lot of phone calls. Beltbuild Highrise LLP isn't about fancy slogans. We just want to see the buildings go up safely and on time. Most of our staff have been in the trade for years. We know the streets of Kolkata well. Working on Madan Mohan Burman St puts us right where the action is. We don’t really do much in the way of promotion. The work usually speaks for itself when people see a new structure going up in their neighborhood. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, but that's just part of the deal in this industry.
