Our office is at 31 Bentinck Street, and we’ve been here for a good while now. Belmont Developers LLP is basically just a few of us who work on building projects and property matters around the city. It is not a big corporate setup with fancy furniture or a reception desk. Most days, the office is a bit cluttered with maps, old files, and half-empty tea cups. The traffic outside on Bentinck Street can be pretty loud, but we are used to it by now. We spend our time talking to contractors, checking on site progress, and trying to keep the paperwork from getting too messy. Construction is a tough business because things rarely go exactly the way you plan them. Sometimes the rain stops work for a week, or a supplier forgets to send the right materials. We just deal with those things as they come up. We don't have any big speeches to give. We are just local people trying to get buildings finished so we can move on to the next one. If you stop by, you might find us buried under some blueprints or arguing about a deadline. It’s just normal work for us. We know the area well and we just want to keep doing what we do without too much trouble. It is a simple operation and that is exactly how we like to keep it.
