Global Exports

We spend most of our time here at 226/1 A. J. C Bose Road. It’s a busy spot, and the traffic outside never really stops. Global Exports has been running from this office for a good while now. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks, old files, and a few computers that have seen better days. We handle a lot of different things going out to other countries. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to transport guys and checking on containers. Sometimes the tea boy from downstairs brings up a tray, and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to get the paperwork right so the shipments don't get stuck at the port. It’s stressful when things get delayed, but we just deal with it one step at a time. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we keep the fans going. It’s just how it is working in this part of town. We show up early, deal with the customs forms, and try to get home before the evening rush really hits. There’s no secret to what we do here. It’s just a lot of checking lists and making sure the labels match the boxes. We’ve been at this address long enough that the postman knows us by name.
