You can find us at 17 Beck Bagan Row, sharing space with Royal India Transport. It makes sense for Royal Exports to be right here since we deal with moving goods so often. The office is usually a bit of a hub with people coming and going. There’s always someone asking about a truck or looking for a specific manifest. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy. We have a couple of large tables where we spread out the shipping documents. The ceiling fans work overtime to keep the air moving. Beck Bagan is a busy area, so there’s always something happening right outside the door. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and warehouse staff. It’s hands-on work. We don’t have a fancy lounge or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us drinking tea and going over the schedules. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know the local routes and the port timings pretty well. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, like a truck breaking down or a delay at the docks, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just part of the daily routine for us. We often work through our lunch breaks when things get hectic, but we always find time for a quick chat with the transport guys.
