BASUNDHARA ESTATE CREATIONS LLP

If you go down B. L. Saha Road, you will find us at number 174/9. That is where Basundhara Estate Creations LLP operates from. We have been set up here for a bit, dealing with all the stuff that comes with estates and creations. It is a local operation. We don’t have multiple branches or anything like that. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and tea cups everywhere. That is just how we work. It’s a practical space. B. L. Saha Road can get pretty crowded, so we are used to the noise from the street. We are an LLP, which means there are a few of us running the show together. We don't have any formal speeches about what we do. We just wake up, come to the office, and try to get the estate work finished. Sometimes things go slow, sometimes it's a rush. That's the nature of the business. We focus on the tasks at hand at 174/9. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they need to drop off documents. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to do our jobs well enough to keep the doors open. It is a simple setup with basic desks and chairs. Nothing too flashy here. We just put in the hours and go home at the end of the day. It’s a lot of manual tracking and checking details, but we manage.
