Our office is on the first floor over at 13 Noormal Lohia Lane. If you know this part of Kolkata, 700007, you already know how tight the streets are around here. It’s constant noise and people moving big loads of goods on carts all day long. BARDIA NIRMAN LLP is mostly about the building and construction side of things. We spend our time looking at site reports and making sure the supplies like cement and bricks show up where they are supposed to. It’s a lot of coordination with different people. The office isn't very big, and we have a lot of paperwork piled up because that's just how the construction business goes in this city. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just show up every morning, do the work, and try to keep things moving along. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for an hour, but that's just part of living and working here. We talk to contractors and site workers a lot. It’s messy work sometimes and it isn't always pretty, but we keep at it. Most of us have been in this line of work for years now, so we know the local area and the people well. We don't have a big fancy reception area with a dedicated person to greet you. Just some chairs and a desk where we handle the day's business. It’s practical and we get the job done without any fuss.
