Bardia Buildcon LLP is based at 13 Noormal Lohia Lane, right on the first floor. This is in the 700007 postal zone of Kolkata, a place we’ve grown quite accustomed to over the years. Our daily routine is mostly about managing building projects and keeping track of all the small details that come with this kind of work. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we sit down and get things done. We deal with suppliers, check on schedules, and try to make sure everything stays on track as much as possible. It gets pretty humid here in the summer, so the fans are always going at full speed. Being on the first floor makes it easy to step out for a quick tea or to meet someone nearby without having to wait for a lift. We chose this spot because it's central and easy enough for our regulars to find. Sometimes the traffic on the lane makes things a bit slow, but you get used to that after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit around, just a reliable one that shows up every morning and does the job. There’s always a pile of blueprints or notes sitting on someone’s desk, and the phones ring more than we’d like, but it keeps us busy. It's just a regular local business life here in Kolkata, nothing more and nothing less. We keep our heads down and focus on the current projects.
