Our office for Group 4 Exporters Pvt. Ltd. is at 42/18 Bara Nagar on S. B. Lane. It’s a narrow lane and can be hard to find if you aren't from around here. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses. We’ve been in this spot for a while. The building isn't new and the walls are a bit stained from the rain. Inside, it’s just a regular workplace. We have some filing cabinets and a few desks where we handle all the export documents. It gets quiet sometimes, which is nice compared to the center of the city. We don't have a big team, just a handful of people who have been working together for years. We handle the shipping schedules and make sure the containers are booked. There’s a lot of waiting for confirmations. We drink our tea and listen to the radio while we work. We don’t use any fancy business speak. We just say things like they are. If a shipment is late, we just tell people it’s late. There’s no point in making excuses. The S. B. Lane area is home to us, and we like being part of the local community here. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. It's not a lot of glory but it pays the bills and keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
