Shradhya Realcon Pvt. Ltd. is based at 45/5 Binoypally in the Bansdroni area. It’s more of a quiet neighborhood setting than being in the middle of the big city center, which is something we actually prefer. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The office is a simple setup on a relatively quiet street. We don't have any big glowing signs or anything fancy out front. Usually, it’s just us inside working through the various tasks that come with the real estate and construction business. Bansdroni has a nice, local community feel to it. We know the people living nearby and they generally know who we are. Most of our days are spent checking on different project sites or talking to folks about what they are looking for. It isn't a high-pressure environment here. We like to take our time and make sure things are done the right way. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic when a new project is starting up, but otherwise, it’s a pretty steady pace. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do decent work for the people in our area. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this business, but that’s just how it goes. We keep our files organized and the coffee pot is always full for whoever stops by. If you walk down Binoypally, you will find us easily enough.
