BANKURA NIRMAN PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at Pratapbagan, care of Subhajit Majee. Bankura Nirman Projects Private Limited is a local outfit, and we don't really have a big fancy office building with a logo on top. We work from this spot in Bankura, and it’s a lot more grounded than being in the middle of a huge city. Pratapbagan is where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Most of our work is about managing projects around the area, and that means a lot of travel and site visits. We deal with a lot of local guys, laborers, and suppliers who we’ve known for years. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone’s name and you have to sit down for a long talk before you can even get to the business part. The weather out here can be really dry and hot, which makes the construction work pretty exhausting for the crews. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to track down materials or making sure the transport is actually on its way. It is a bit of a struggle sometimes to keep everything on schedule, but we do what we can. Our desk is usually covered in site reports and ledger books. We don’t really do anything besides the actual building work and the management that goes with it. It’s a straightforward life, just focusing on getting the next project finished and moving on. We keep our heads down and work.
