Our office is located at 6 Hungerford Street. We are on the third floor in Suit No-2. It is a busy part of Kolkata, but being up on the third floor keeps things a little quieter for us. We spend our time working on different projects across the West Bengal area. The building has been there for a while, and it feels solid. We like it here because it is easy for people to find us. We are not really the type to have a lot of flashy signs or anything like that. Inside, it is just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We work on the details of various developments, making sure the numbers add up and the plans make sense. It is a lot of phone calls and meetings, mostly with people we have known for years. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks us a question, we give them a direct answer. There is no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. The street outside can get quite crowded with cars, especially in the afternoons, so we usually try to get our site visits done early in the morning. We are just a group of professionals who have been in this game for a long time and still enjoy the process of building things. It's simple work but someone has to do it right.
