BALAJIBANKA INDUSTRIES LLP

Balajibanka Industries LLP is based out of a workshop on Gobinda Khatik Road, specifically tucked away in A.C. Lane. This part of Kolkata is very industrial, and our building fits right in with the surroundings. It’s a no-nonsense place where we focus on our daily production work. We don't have a grand entrance or a receptionist to greet you. Instead, you’ll probably find us on the floor managing the inventory or working with the materials. The air is often filled with the smell of the stuff we work with and the sound of the nearby traffic. Most of our staff live nearby in the 700046 area, so we all know each other pretty well. We don't spend any time on fancy brochures or marketing campaigns. We just make sure the products are ready when they are supposed to be. The lane outside is so narrow that we have to be very careful when bringing in supplies or sending out finished goods. It’s a lot of physical labor and staying on your feet for most of the day. We have a small corner where we keep a stove for making tea and warming up our lunch. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our business and we take it seriously. We’ve dealt with all sorts of small problems like leaky roofs or power issues, but we always find a way to keep things moving. It’s just how we operate here.
