BALAJI BUILDCARE LLP

Our office is at 7 Surendra Mohan Ghosh Sarani, though most of the people around here still just call it Mangoe Lane. We are located on the first floor. This is right in the middle of the old business heart of Kolkata, so it is always crowded and there is a lot of noise from the buses and the people on the street. We focus on buildcare, which mostly means we look after buildings and help out with various construction needs. Being in the 700001 area is helpful because we are close to everything, but the commute through the traffic can be a real struggle every morning. The office is in one of those older buildings with very high ceilings and big windows that always seem to let in a bit of dust from the street. We have been here for a good while and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Our work keeps us busy because there is always something that needs to be fixed or a new project that needs our attention. We aren't a big corporate company; we are just a small outfit trying to do right by the people we work for. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure the supplies are what they should be. It is a lot of hard work and grit, especially when the weather is bad, but we just get on with it.
