Bajoria Appliances is located in Lake Town, specifically at P-108 in Block-B. If you know the Lake Town area, it’s a nice part of the city with a lot of houses and some shops tucked away. We’ve been here for a good while. Our building is pretty standard for the neighborhood. Inside, we have a variety of home appliances. Some are on display and others are still in their boxes waiting to go out to customers. It’s a bit cramped because we try to keep a lot of items on hand. We deal with things like fans, heaters, and smaller kitchen gadgets. The staff here is small. We usually have one or two people handling the walk-ins and others looking after the phone orders. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just talk to the customers about what they need and what might work best for their house. Lake Town has its own pace, and we fit right into that. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time parking on the narrow streets, but we manage somehow. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. The office part of the shop is just a desk with a lot of papers and a phone that rings fairly often throughout the day. It’s a steady business, and we like being part of the community here in Block-B.
