BACALAR SKYSCRAPER LLP

We are located at 41, Kansari Para Road. It is a bit of a tight street, so parking a big vehicle is always a headache for anyone visiting. The office isn't anything like those glass towers you see in the movies, despite the name we have. It is mostly just us sitting around a large wooden table covered in blueprints and half-empty tea cups. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so things stay relatively quiet except for the occasional street vendor shouting outside the window. We spend a lot of time checking on labor costs and making sure the cement orders are actually arriving where they need to go. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication between the vendors and our small team. Sometimes the paperwork piles up so high we can't see the person sitting across the desk. We try to keep things organized, but in this line of work, something always changes at the last minute. The ceiling fan in the main room makes a clicking sound that we’ve stopped noticing after all these years. Most of the guys are out at various sites during the day, so it is often just two or three of us handling the phones and the billing. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and we are right there. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home before the evening traffic gets too bad.
