BACALAR DEVCON LLP

Bacalar Devcon LLP is tucked away at 41 Kansari Para Road. It's an old part of the city, and the streets around here can get pretty tight during the day when the traffic picks up. We’ve been set up here for some time now, focusing on the development side of things. It’s not a huge operation with glass walls and suits. Most of the time, you’ll find us wearing regular clothes, looking at site maps or talking to contractors on the phone. The office is just a place where we get the planning done before we go out to wherever the actual work is. Kansari Para Road has its own character, very local and traditional. We like being part of that. Being an LLP means we keep things fairly simple between the partners. We aren't trying to be the biggest name on the block, just Bacalar Devcon LLP doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes it hard to get to the door, but we manage. People stop by to ask about building work or just to see what’s happening at number 41. We don’t use any fancy talk to describe our days. It’s just a lot of logistics and making sure things are built right. If you’re walking down the road, you might miss us if you’re not looking, but we’re there, working through the pile of folders on the desk every morning.
