We operate out of No. 50 Canning Street. It is a crowded part of the city, but we like being in the middle of everything. Baba Tracon Pvt. Ltd. is the name on the door, though most of us just think of it as the office. It's on a street that stays loud from morning until night. We spend most of our time at our desks or talking to folks who drop in. There isn't much to say about the decor. It is functional. We have some chairs, some filing cabinets, and some computers. That’s about it. Dealing with the daily grind on Canning Street keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but we manage to keep moving. We are a small team and everyone knows each other’s business. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits every day unless there is a specific reason. We do our work, drink a lot of tea, and try to stay ahead of the paperwork. People often get lost finding No. 50 because the signs are a bit faded, but we are there. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’re still here doing the same things. It’s steady work. We don't have any big plans to move or change how we do things. We just keep showing up and getting it done. There is always a lot going on outside, but we just focus on what is on the desks.
