We’re located over at Lyons Range, right in the middle of the old business district near Hare Street. Our office is on the third floor, and you’ll find us in Room 7. It’s a very old building, which is pretty typical for this part of Kolkata. You can really feel the history of the city when you’re walking up those stairs every morning. We do a bit of everything, from actual building work to some property investing. It might sound like a lot of different things, but really it’s just us trying to understand the local market and where it’s going. Some days we’re hunched over blueprints, and other days we’re just sitting there going through rows of numbers. It gets a bit crowded in our room sometimes because we have so many files and old maps piled up on the desks. Lyons Range is always full of energy and people rushing around, especially since the Stock Exchange is just a stone's throw away. It’s a loud and busy place to spend your day. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just do the work and talk to the people who need things built or managed. Most of the folks we work with are people we've known for a decade or more. We aren't trying to become a giant company. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we have. It’s a lot of running around, but we like being here.
