B & A Group

We’re way up on the 9th floor at 113 Park Street. Being right on Park Street means there is always something going on down below, but up here it’s mostly just us at B & A Group getting through the workload. The view is okay, mostly just the tops of other buildings. We’ve been in this space for a long time. Our work covers a few different areas, but mostly we focus on our core business without making a lot of noise. The office is functional. It’s got all the usual stuff like computers, stacks of folders, and a break area where we drink way too much coffee and tea. We aren't the type to have a polished corporate image. We talk to each other like regular people and treat our clients the same way. Sometimes the elevators in this building take forever, which can be annoying when you’re trying to get to a meeting. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work and make things happen. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day operations. We don't use any fancy management techniques either. We just talk to each other across the room. We’ve had a lot of different people work here, and most stay for a long time. It’s a steady kind of place. We aren't looking to change the world. We just want to keep things running smoothly.
