AXIAL ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our spot is located at Flat No 4 on the second floor of building 152 in the Nayabad area. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, though the traffic nearby can get a bit loud during the afternoons. We spend most of our time here looking at engineering drawings and talking about construction details. It is a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking on site measurements. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some tables and computers and way too many tea cups sitting around by the time the sun goes down. We mostly deal with local building needs in this part of Kolkata. Sometimes it gets a bit frustrating when things don't go according to the plan, but that is just how construction is. We don't really do those big fancy presentations you see in movies. Usually, it’s just us sitting down with a pencil and trying to figure out a technical problem for a specific project. We like being in Nayabad because it feels like a real community where you see the same faces at the local stalls every single day. It’s hard work and the deadlines are often tight, but we just try to get the engineering right so the structures are safe and finish what needs to be done. There’s no big secret to it, just showing up and doing the work every morning.
