Avr Leather Ventures Private Limited is located at 2A Tipu Sultan Road in Kolkata. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good amount of time. Our business is all about leather. It’s a trade that has a lot of history in this city, and we are just a small part of it. The office and workspace aren’t anything spectacular, but they serve our needs. We spend our time looking at different types of leather, checking the quality, and managing various projects or ventures we have going on. There’s a certain smell of leather that always lingers in the air here, which we’ve grown to like. Some days are quite slow, just waiting for calls or checking emails, while other days are a bit of a mess with samples everywhere and deadlines approaching. We aren’t a huge corporation with a lot of layers. Usually, if you call, you’ll talk to one of the same three or four people. Tipu Sultan Road is a busy area, so there is always something happening outside our door. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the leather and making sure our clients get what they asked for. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We have some old furniture and a lot of notebooks where we keep our records. It’s not a polished environment, but it’s real and we get the work done every single day.
