Avilax Projects

Avilax Projects is located at No. 6 Old Post Office Street. It’s a narrow street with a lot of history. Our office is in one of the older buildings there. It has high ceilings and sometimes the walls get a bit damp when it rains hard. We don’t mind it much. We deal with projects in and around the city. It’s a mix of different things, whatever needs doing. We aren't specialists in just one narrow thing. We’ve learned to be handy with a lot of tasks. The team is small, just three or four of us most days. We drink a lot of tea while we talk over what needs to happen next. Old Post Office Street is a good base for us. It feels solid. We don’t do any of that fancy advertising you see on billboards. Most of our work comes from folks who live nearby or businesses that have used us before. We aren't always the fastest, because we like to take our time and make sure things are done right. If something is broken, we fix it. If something needs to be built, we build it. It’s simple, really. We’ve had some quiet months and some very busy ones. That is just how this business goes. We stay here because we like the area and the people. We aren't going anywhere anytime soon. We just take it one day at a time and see what happens next.
