AVILAASHA ESTATES LLP

AVILAASHA ESTATES LLP is located over at Alom House on the second floor. The street name is a bit of a mouthful, Dr. Harendra Coomer Mukherjee Sarani, but most people just find us once they get to the right building. Being on the second floor is nice because we’re close enough to hear the street but far enough to get some work done. We handle estates and property matters. The office is usually full of stacks of documents and maps of different plots. It’s the kind of place where there’s always a light on late. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just focus on what’s in front of us. The team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know the city pretty well and how the real estate side of things works here. It’s a lot of legwork, honestly. Most of our day is spent visiting sites or waiting in government offices for permits. When we are back at Alom House, we’re usually just catching up on paperwork and talking to people who walk in. It’s a very hands-on job. We don’t use a lot of fancy software, just the basics and a lot of local knowledge. It’s a bit old school but it works for us and the people we deal with daily. The building itself is old but it has a lot of character and we like it here.
