We are located at 18B Ashutosh Mukherjee Road in Kolkata. Avicala Propbuild Private Limited is a name that sounds a bit formal, but we are actually just a straightforward group of people working in the property and building sector. Being in South Kolkata is great because everything is close by, but the humidity in the summer can be really tough when you’re out on a construction site. Our office is a modest space where we do our planning. We aren't big on flashy decorations or fancy furniture. We’d rather spend that money on better tools or materials for our projects. Most of our time isn't even spent in the office anyway. We are usually out and about, checking on progress or meeting with contractors. Ashutosh Mukherjee Road is always buzzing with people and traffic, so there is a certain energy to the place that we like. We’ve been working in this area for a while and have seen a lot of new buildings go up. It’s nice to know we had a hand in some of that. We don't use big words or make grand promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and try to do it. It is hard work and sometimes things go wrong, but we always stay until the job is finished. That’s just the way we do things here, keeping it simple and direct for everyone involved.
