We share the address at 1447/1, Madurdaha, but Avenue High Developers LLP has its own way of doing things. Our office is often cluttered with tile samples and paint swatches because we spend a lot of time thinking about how the finished rooms will look. It’s a busy place. The phone rings a lot with people asking about prices or when the next floor will be poured. We try to keep things organized, but when you are dealing with sand, bricks, and a dozen different workers, things get messy. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of the owners or the main supervisor. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. The commute to Madurdaha can be a pain with the traffic, but once we are here, we just focus on the work. We spend a lot of time walking around the projects, checking the plumbing and making sure the light switches are in the right place. It’s those small things that take up most of our day. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to build houses that don't have leaks and where the doors shut properly. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’re used to it by now. The sunsets from the upper floors of our latest project are the only real perk of the job. We often grab some tea from the stall down the street when we're done.
