If you are familiar with the area around Tala Park, you probably know the streets around Belgachia. Our office for Aventura Infracon Developers is right there on Anath Nath Deb Lane, at number 43B. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer for getting work done. Most of the time, we’re busy looking at blueprints or talking to contractors about the latest site updates. We are local people who just happen to work in development. We don't have a giant lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s more of a desk-and-computer kind of place where we drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized. Being near the park is nice because it gives us a bit of greenery to look at when things get stressful. We handle the usual stuff—permits, planning, and making sure the physical work on the ground matches what’s on the paper. Sometimes the monsoon rains slow things down, which is always a bit of a pain, but that is just how it goes here in Paikpara. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we like being tucked away on this specific lane. It feels like home. There isn't much to say other than we work hard and try to keep our projects moving forward. We are usually in by nine and stay until the work is finished for the day.
