Avaya Global Connect

Our setup here is a bit different because we are operating out of the Telecom Staff Quarters in Mahanadi Vihar. Hemanta Barik and Bhimsen Barik have been around this area for a long time. The address is Qr. No-2/2, Type-3, right in Naya Bazar, Cuttack. It’s a very local, residential-feeling spot, which actually makes it quite nice to work from. We are part of Avaya Global Connect, but it feels more like a community thing here in Odisha. We don't have a glass office building or anything like that. It’s a practical space where we manage the local telecom and connection needs. People stop by sometimes just to ask questions or get some help with their setups. We use simple tools and spend a lot of time making sure the paperwork is in order and the technical side of things is handled properly. Cuttack is an old city with a lot of character, and working out of Mahanadi Vihar feels right. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or polished. We’re just regular folks who know how these systems work and want to make sure they keep working for everyone in the area. It’s a quiet life most days, punctuated by the usual technical hiccups that we have to solve. We take things as they come and try to do right by the people we serve in this part of town without any unnecessary complications or fancy talk.
