Avantika Buildtech is located at 4 Azimganj House on the first floor. This is at 7 Camac Street, which is a very busy part of the city. We share this building with a few other businesses. Our work mostly involves technical aspects of building and development. It’s a lot of planning and looking at drawings. The office is pretty standard, with desks, computers, and a lot of paper everywhere. Camac Street is always buzzing, so there’s never a dull moment outside our window. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people trying to make sure our projects are done right. We don't do much in the way of marketing or fancy presentations. We prefer to let the work speak for itself. Most of our days are filled with meetings or site visits. It can get pretty tiring, but we’re used to the pace. We try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone we deal with. If there’s a problem with a plan, we sit down and figure it out. There’s no point in pretending everything is perfect all the time. We just deal with things as they come. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to drop in, and we usually have the fan going to keep the heat away. It's a busy but good office life.
