AVANTAGE PROJECTS LLP is located at 8/1, Lal Bazar Street, right in the heart of Kolkata. This part of the city is always buzzing with people, and you can hear the sounds of the street even through the thick walls of the building. It’s an old area, 700001, so there is a lot of history in the bricks around here. Our office is a straightforward place where we sit and handle our day-to-day business. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts with bean bags or pool tables; it’s just traditional desks and chairs. There is a small pantry area where we make tea, and usually, someone has brought in some snacks to share. The lighting isn't the best, especially on cloudy days, but we make do with a few extra lamps. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the other businesses in the building, so we spend a few minutes every morning sorting through the envelopes. It is a bit of a climb if the elevator is busy, but we don't mind the walk. Most of our time is spent looking at spreadsheets or talking to people on the phone. We are just a group of people working in a busy part of town, trying to keep up with the pace of the city without getting too stressed out by it all. Working near the old police headquarters means it is always safe feeling but very noisy.
