AUGUSTHA TEXOTRADES LLP is located on the 3rd floor over in New Alipore, specifically at P-795, Block-P. It’s a decent area of Kolkata, a bit more modern than the old parts of the city. We’ve got a small team here that handles the trading side of things. It’s mostly about coordinating between different parties and making sure the textiles get where they need to go. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a bunch of desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. If someone is tired, they take a break. If we’re busy, everyone chips in. The view from the 3rd floor isn't great, just other buildings and the street below, but we like the light we get in the afternoons. We’ve had some ups and downs like any other small business in this city. Sometimes the shipments are late, or the market prices change, and we have to figure it out as we go. There’s no big manual telling us what to do. We just use our common sense and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We show up, we do the work, and we go home to our families. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little office here.
