We are based in Garia at Atabagan. Our office is actually in a flat, number 201, at D-42. It feels more like a home than a corporate space, which we actually prefer. Working in South Kolkata has its own rhythm. The traffic on the way to Garia can be a headache sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We focus on infrastructure projects. It involves a lot of coordination with different workers and suppliers. Most of the day is spent on the phone or out at various sites. We keep the office at Flat-A for the administrative stuff. It’s where the bills get paid and the plans get drawn up. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when the whole team is in, but we make it work. There is a small balcony where we go to get some air. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical way to run a business without too much overhead. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Just a simple door and a lot of work happening inside. Kolkata is a big place, but we try to stick to what we know. If someone needs to find Attracon, they just look for the building in Atabagan. It is a straightforward setup for a group of people just trying to build things and stay on top of the daily grind.
