ATK HOMES LLP is located at 63, Rafi Ahmad Kidwai Road. We are right here in Kolkata, doing our thing in the home building and management sector. The office is at number 63, and it is a pretty standard setup for a small business like ours. We are an LLP, so it’s just a small group of us running the show. Rafi Ahmad Kidwai Road is always full of life, with taxis honking and people walking by at all hours. Our office sits right in the middle of that environment. It is a modest place. We have some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle for making tea during the day. We don’t spend much on making the place look polished or modern because we are usually too busy with the actual work. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the road construction and traffic nearby, but we don’t mind it much. We have a lot of maps and plans pinned to the walls so we can see what is going on. People come in to talk about homes and we just give them the straight talk. We have been at this location for a while now and we know the neighbors and the local shops pretty well. It’s a decent place to be based for what we do. We don’t have a big corporate mission; we just want to get the houses sorted and keep the business running. If you walk down Rafi Ahmad Kidwai Road, you’ll see our door. It’s just us inside, working away.
