Atishay Real Estate Private Limited is located at 1 R N Mukherjee Road. We are inside the Martin Burn House, specifically in cubicles 11 and 12. It is a very famous building in Kolkata, so people usually find us without too much trouble. Real estate is a funny business. Some days everything moves really fast, and other days you are just waiting for a phone call that never seems to come. We handle a variety of property matters from our little spot in the building. It is not a huge office, but it is enough for us to keep our documents organized and meet with clients. We spend a lot of time out in the field looking at different plots of land or checking on properties. It can be quite hot walking around the city, especially in the summer months. We do not have a lot of fancy brochures or a marketing team. We just talk to people and try to find the best way to help them with their real estate needs. It is a lot of listening and a lot of driving around. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and we know the local market pretty well. We just try to keep things simple and do right by the people who come to see us. Dealing with property can be stressful, so we try to keep the atmosphere in our cubicles relaxed.
