Our business is located at 7 Lyons Range. This is a very old part of Kolkata, right near the heart of the business district. The buildings around here have been standing for a long time, and our office has that same old-fashioned feel to it. We deal with estates and property as a small partnership. There are only a few of us here. The street outside is always full of people rushing to the stock exchange or grabbing tea from the stalls. It is hard to find a quiet moment, but we like the energy of the place. Our office has high ceilings and old wooden furniture that has seen better days. We spend a lot of time reading through old property deeds and helping people understand what they own. We don't have any glossy brochures or a big sales team. Most people find us because their father or their uncle did business with us before. It is a lot of trust and long-term relationships. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, maybe go outside for a smoke or a tea. We don't have a fancy website or a big vision for the future. We just want to keep the doors open and do right by the people who come to see us at Lyons Range. It is a practical way to live and work in this city.
