We are located at Aastha Apartment, specifically in Flat C-2. The building number is 345A on Santosh Roy Road. This is over in the Barisha area of Kolkata, with the pin code 700 008. Aspire Human Capital Management Pvt.Ltd. is the name we use, but most people around here just know us as the folks in the C-2 flat. It’s a typical Kolkata residential street. You’ll see shops and houses all mixed together. Our office isn't very big. It’s basically a converted apartment, so it still has that homey feel with the tiled floors and old-style windows. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets taking up most of the space. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We don't have any flashy signs or billboards. There’s just a small nameplate near the entrance. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks, answering calls or typing away. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't go in for corporate jargon or long, drawn-out meetings. We just talk to each other across the room. Santosh Roy Road can be quite noisy with all the rickshaws and buses, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. It’s just where we happen to be. We keep things simple, do our work, and head home when the day is done. No fuss, just the usual daily grind.
