Our office is tucked away at 1/4, Fakirdas Mondal Lane. It is a bit of a narrow street, but that makes it feel more like a real part of the community. We are an infratech company, which means we deal with a lot of technical things related to building and infrastructure. The space we work in is small and packed with equipment and documents. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a high-rise building. We prefer being here on the lane where things are a bit more quiet compared to the main roads. We spend our hours working on technical drawings and coordinating with teams who are out in the field. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. We are just a group of engineers and planners who enjoy the hands-on side of things. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just explain things as they are and try to solve problems as they come up. The neighbors know us and we have been here for a while now. It’s a steady kind of work and we take it one day at a time. We usually have some tea in the afternoon and talk about the progress of our current jobs. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we do. We are mostly focused on the local area and the specific needs of the projects we get handed.
