You can find us on the 7th floor of the Trinity building on A.J.C. Bose Road. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, especially with all the traffic coming through. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at folders and computer screens. We do a lot of realty work, which means a lot of talking to people and checking on properties. It isn't always smooth. Sometimes a deal falls through or there is a problem with the land titles. We just take it day by day. The office is usually humming with the sound of the AC and people talking on their mobiles. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do right by the projects we have in front of us. A.J.C. Bose Road is always packed so getting to work can be a bit of a chore some days. Once we are in the office, it's all about coordinating with site managers and lawyers. We use simple tools and don't go for anything too flashy. The 700020 area has a lot of history and we see new buildings going up all the time. We are just glad to be part of the mix here. It is a lot of responsibility but we enjoy the challenge of finding the right fit.
