Asha Stimex Ltd. is located on the second floor of a building at 6 Bijoy Bose Road. Being in Bhowanipore means we are right in the middle of a lot of history and old-school charm. The office itself is nothing special to look at. We’ve got some old wooden cabinets that are overflowing with files and a few computers that have seen better days. The ceiling fans make a bit of a clicking noise, but you get used to it after ten minutes. It’s mostly just us handling paperwork and talking to suppliers on the phone. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers, so it stays fairly quiet inside compared to the street below. Sometimes the rain leaks in a little near the window when there’s a big storm, so we keep a bucket handy just in case. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows where the good tea stall is around the corner. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything. We just come in, do the tasks on our lists, and go home. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on filing or just talk about what happened over the weekend. It’s a steady kind of life. We’ve been at this address for years and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s simple, it’s practical, and it gets the job done without any unnecessary drama or flashiness.
