If you walk down Park Street, you might miss us if you are not looking closely. Arzia Buildsworth Private Limited is on the first floor of number 88. Park Street is always full of energy, and being right in the middle of it helps us stay connected to everything happening in Kolkata. We do a lot of building work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at sites and talking to architects. It is a lot of back-and-forth work. Sometimes the traffic on Park Street makes it hard to get to meetings on time, but we’ve learned to leave a bit earlier. Our office is a busy place, usually with someone coming in or out. We handle the day-to-day stuff like permits and making sure the supplies are ordered. It isn’t always glamorous work, and there are plenty of headaches along the way. But we like the challenge of seeing a project through to the end. We are not a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are a small team that knows each other well. We do not use a lot of big words or try to impress people with complicated talk. We just tell you what we can do and then we go out and do it. It keeps our lives simple and our clients seem to appreciate that we don't make things more difficult than they need to be.
