We've been over here at 37E, Shibnath Shastri Sarani for a bit now. It's in Block B, and we mostly just handle the day-to-day work that comes with Artline Developers Llp. Being a small group, we spend most of our time on site or sitting at the desk sorting out paperwork. It isn't anything fancy. People sometimes ask what we do exactly, and usually, it's just about getting buildings up or making sure things are moving along correctly in the neighborhood. We know the streets around here pretty well since we're local. The office is tucked away, and it’s usually quiet unless we have deliveries coming in. Working in Kolkata means dealing with the weather and the traffic, but we manage. We aren’t a big corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just us. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't spend much time on fancy talk. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it's just about getting through the files. We’ve seen the area change over the years. We mostly just focus on the projects we have right in front of us. If you walk past Block B, you’ve probably seen our sign. It’s just a place where we get our work done. There's always a lot to do, from permits to checking on materials. We try to stay organized, though some days are easier than others. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small operation like this one. We're just here working.
