Arte Exports Llp

Arte Exports Llp has been based at 31 Ganesh Chandra Avenue for a while now. We are right on the first floor. It's an old building, the kind you see all over this part of Kolkata. Working in the 700013 area means there’s always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle exports, which mostly involves a lot of paperwork and making sure boxes get where they need to go. We aren’t a giant corporation with shiny glass walls. It’s more of a traditional setup with desks and files everywhere. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take our only real breaks. West Bengal has its own way of doing business, and we just follow along with that. Dealing with shipments can be a headache when the weather is bad or the ports are slow. We just sit at our desks and handle the calls. It’s a job like any other. The first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the old elevator, which breaks down sometimes anyway. We've got a small crew here. Everyone knows their role. We don't spend much time talking about "vision" or anything like that. We just make sure the orders are processed and the addresses are correct. It’s mostly about keeping things moving. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoons get long.
